With decades of experience in clinical software leadership, Nick has shaped CareRight into a robust, highly configurable platform used across medical specialists, private hospitals and complex multi-site services.
He is deeply committed to interoperability, usability and long-term client partnership — principles that continue to guide both our product evolution and growth across the health sector.
Tim Macdonald
Commercial Director
Tim drives Clintel’s commercial strategy, partnerships and national growth. With 25 years of Healthcare experience spanning digital health and Healthcare services, he brings a strategic, user-centred perspective to how CareRight is positioned, implemented and supported.
Tim works closely with healthcare providers, research institutions, universities and government agencies to co-design solutions that elevate workflow efficiency, care quality and long-term operational performance.
Luke Sutton
Director of Engineering Services
Luke leads our engineering organisation with a focus on secure, scalable and user-centred digital health technology. With extensive experience across health, fitness and enterprise software, including leading engineering at a global digital platform, he brings strength in architecture, platform modernisation, cybersecurity and team leadership.
His guidance ensures CareRight remains robust, future-ready and engineered for long-term scale as Clintel continues to expand.
Krutik Parikh
Manager, Solution Delivery
Krutik is central to the success of every CareRight implementation. With more than a decade in health IT, product ownership and clinical workflow design, he ensures every deployment is grounded in clinical logic, operational efficiency and real-world usability.
He coordinates many Clintel teams, helping organisations transition confidently from rigid legacy systems to streamlined, end-to-end digital workflows.
